The shipping price for order under €30 are €5.75. But orders above €30 come with free shipping!
Yes you can return your products. But only when they are in the same state as when they arrived. Please be careful with the products!
The rule of thumb is that candles can’t burn longer than four hours straight. After putting out the flame, the candle has to rest for two hours before being able to burn normally again. Look out for too much-moving air too close to the flame.
When you let the candle burn longer than four hours, some carbon will collect on the wick and the result will be a so-called mushroom wick. This can cause the wick to become unstable, the flame too big, or makes a smoking candle.
The shipping time is between 1 and 3 working days. Please take in mind that during holidays the delivery service can take more time than usual.
